A&A Pressure Washing Policies


Service Policies:


A&A Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services as outlined during your consultation or as stated on your invoice. Any additional work requested may incur additional charges.


Property Access:


Customers must ensure clear access to the property, including water and electricity supply. Please secure pets and remove obstacles from the work area before your scheduled appointment.


Scheduling:


Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email.


Rescheduling


If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee of $25.


Cancellations


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


Weather Conditions:


Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at your earliest convenience.


Payment Methods:


We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Late Payments:


Payments not received within 7 days of service completion will incur a late fee of $25.


Service Liability:


While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as loose siding, paint, or fragile materials.


Customer Responsibility:


Customers are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive areas or surfaces that require special attention.


Commitment to Quality:


If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.


Limitations:


The guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.
